Registered Massage Therapy
Nina has been a registered massage therapist for almost 19 years. She uses your posture as guidance when treating overuse, acute and chronic injuries. Her treatment combines myofascial techniques with Swedish massage and some trigger point methods that help with headaches neck and shoulder tension, back problems, knee issues, and discomfort in the wrists or feet. Her treatments will often close, with postural re-education, stretching or strengthening suggestions for continued relief. Please be advised direct billing in not available for massage therapy, at this time. This includes extended health, MSP, ICBC, etc. Thank you.
Our hours have temporarily changed to Monday to Friday 9:30am-6pm.
There is extra time scheduled between patients to allow for advanced cleaning/ disinfection protocols.
You will notice little towers around the clinic that are advanced air purifiers with HEPA filters, charcoal filters and UV light filters.
Face Masks are required inside the clinic.
We will be wearing face masks (and a face shield, if needed) during your treatment. You will need to wear a face mask on arrival, during your treatment, and moving about the clinic. Thank you.
About 2 hours before your appointment you will receive a COVID screening email. It's 5 questions to ensure you are safe to proceed to your appointment. I take a similar but longer questionnaire daily before I see patients.
You will notice a plastic screen/ face guard up at reception. Tap or etransfer will be the accepted methods of payment. Receipts will be emailed at this time.

Direct billing available for most extended health plans and ICBC
I direct bill ICBC on your behalf and advocate for more treatments when you need them.
As of April, 2019- ICBC covers 12 Acupuncture treatments, without a Doctor's referall, within the first 3 months of an accident.
If your claim is over 3 months old I can still advocate on your behalf, and work with you and your doctor to get you the care you need.
